THE 2nd Annual Rendezvous Finbar Willie Memorial Tennis Tournament sponsored by Rendezvous Resort “The Boutique Hotel for Couples” will be hosted by the St Lucia Tennis Association on December 16 – 21, 2016 at the National Tennis Centre in Beausejour, Gros Islet.
The main aim of the event is to honour Willie and his dedication to tennis locally, and his contribution to the development of the sport in St Lucia. He was very instrumental in training elite players on the island and coaches as well.
The tournament is a very important event on the SLTAI’s calendar where younger players get to mix with the older ones and learn from them on and off the court.
The tournament promises to be an exciting event and the public is urged to come and support the juniors as they compete with high performance and elite senior players. The categories in this event are 14 & under and Men & Women Open.
