The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Energy hereby informs motorists and the general public of commencement of works on the construction of the Canaries Bridge on October 4, 2016.
The works are expected to last for a period of approximately 12 months.
Motorists are asked to exercise caution near the project site and to adhere to all road signs posted near the site.
The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Energy apologizes for any inconvenience that the works may cause and solicits the co-operation of all road users during execution of the project.
