WELL over 1000 students will take to the streets today for the eighth annual Education District II Annual Fun Walk Activity from 9:30 a.m under the theme “Building healthy bodies to sustain energetic minds.”
The participating schools are: Gordon and Walcott Memorial Methodist, Camille Henry Memorial, Carmen Rene Memorial, Morne Du Don Government, Vide Bouteille Primary, Canon Laurie Anglican Primary, Castries Anglican Infant, St. Mary’s College, Castries Comprehensive Secondary, Sir Ira Simmons Secondary, Vide Bouteille Secondary and S.D.A. Academy.
Students will be accompanied by principals, teachers, parents and health personnel.
The activity is sponsored by Consolidated Foods Limited, The St. Lucia Football Association and Reliable Tool Rental and Repair Services.
