THE Beausejour Cricket Ground will on Thursday host regional cricket with the staging of the fifth round of the regional four day tournament between Windward Islands Volcanoes and Trinidad and Tobago Red Force.
The two were engaged in the fourth round of the competition that ended on Monday. Volcanoes played Barbados Pride in Grenada, while the Red Force took on tournament leaders Guyana Jaguars at the Queen’s Park Oval.
Both Red Force and Volcanoes are expected to arrive here today. The Volcanoes line up currently includes two St. Lucians in Johnson Charles and Dalton Polius and the local organising committee is counting on the support of nationals to view what is expected to be a competitive match up.
Tickets have been attractively priced at EC$ 5.00 per day and children under the age of 12 will gain free admission.

Windwards Volcanoes is expected to be selected from: Liam Sebastien (captain), Sunil Ambris, Alston Bobb, Miles Bascombe, Johnson Charles, Andre Fletcher, Mervyn Matthew, Kevin Mc Clean, Kenroy Peters, Dalton Polius, Shane Shillingford, Devon Smith and Tyrone Theophile.
