EIGHT carnival bands are now prepping to compete in this year’s Junior Carnival scheduled for Sunday, July 12 in the Castries city circuit.
Among this year’s participating bands are Insommeil portraying “Fancy Sailors”, Motion Studios portraying “Frozen in Summer”, Sky High Revellers portraying “Arabian Nights”, Just 4 Fun Kiddies portraying “Out of Afrika: Languages of the Tribes”, and Just Us Kids portraying “Commercial Break”.
At least three community carnival bands will also join in the fun this year as organizers seek to make the event a national one.
