Around 7 pm Sunday, a motorcycle and a vehicle collided on the Gros Islet highway, killing a man.
A well-placed source reported that the motorcyclist died on the scene following the gruesome accident near the Rodney Heights intersection.
Images and videos capturing the aftermath of the morbid crash including the motorbike on which the deceased was traveling, went viral on social media platforms such as BiP and Whatsapp.
As of 10:00 pm last night, the scene was still cordoned off, and the motorbike was still on the road as officers continued their investigation.
