Flow Experiences Major Service Outage Affecting Customers in Saint Lucia and Dominica

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on June 21, 2026, Flow experienced a significant service outage impacting all Commercial and Business customers. This outage has been classified as a crisis-level event, prompting the activation of the company’s Regional Network Disaster Response & Recovery Center along with the local Crisis Management Team.

The root cause of the outage is still under investigation, though technical teams are concentrating on a suspected fault that has disrupted all services in Saint Lucia and some in Dominica. As network-based communications such as text messages and emails are currently unavailable to Flow’s customers, updates are being disseminated through media outlets and Flow’s social media platforms.

Flow acknowledges the gravity of this outage and the impact it has had on its valued customers. Our top priority is restoring connectivity, and we have mobilized all necessary regional resources to address the issue as swiftly as possible.
