COCONUT BAY Beach Resort & Spa is preparing to host an estimated 733 relatives of staff members for its annual Family Fun Day event tomorrow. The activity will be staged on the “front lawn” of the property.
Participants will be treated for a five hour period to varying forms of entertainment and a range of sumptuous food and drinks.
The hotel Human Resource Manager Ms. Dahlia Graham commenting ahead of the event said: “Our annual Family Fun Day is another way to say thank you, we appreciate all your hard work, to our staff. What better way to honour their contribution than to include their over 733 family members, and make it a fun family activity. At Coconut Bay we are constantly looking for opportunities to recognize and motivate our staff, and this is only one of many such activities we do throughout the year”.
Staff members and their relatives look forward to this event with much excitement as demonstrated by the number of persons registered as participants. The activity provides an opportunity for integration between family members of the over 400 staff members. The friendships forged during this event contribute to and nurture the spirit of a wider ‘Coconut Bay family’.
The Coconut Bay Family Fun Day also enables family members to enjoy the product that they are so closely related with.
Another component of the staff incentives programme of Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa will be the hosting of the annual Staff Awards Dinner in December during which time outstanding departments and individuals will be rewarded for their dedication and service.
