More Firearms, Drugs and Ammunition Discovered in RSLPF Joint Operation

On Tuesday April 7, 2026, the Gangs, Narcotics and Firearms Unit (North and South) Special Operations Team, Special Services Unit, Financial Intelligence Authority and the Central Intelligence Unit of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) conducted a joint police operation stemming from a major interdiction at Port Castries on Tuesday March 26, 2026.

During the operation seven (7) Warrants to Search Premises was executed in multiple locations in the Dennery Village and Dennery Valley.

A Warrant to Search Premises was executed on the premises of Lucien Polius alias “Smoke Run”, during the conduct of the search officers recovered a quantity of Cannabis, Cannabis Resin and Cannabis Wax. Lucien Polius and Lucianna Harry, another occupant of the premises was arrested and subsequently charged for the following offences;
. Possession of Cannabis Resin.
. Possession of Cannabis Resin with Intent to Supply.
. Possession of Cannabis
. Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.

Another Warrant to Search Premises was also executed on the premises of Brian Snagg alias “Blanc” of Dennery (originally of Faux A Chaux, Castries) during the search officers recovered one (1) Luger pistol, seven (7) rounds of 9mm Ammunition and a quantity of Cocaine. Brian Snagg was arrested and charged for the following offences;
. Possession of Firearm
. Possession of Ammunition
. Possession of Cocaine
. Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply

The defendants, Lucianna Harry and Lucien Polius were both presented before the First District Court for bail purposes and were granted bail in the sum of four thousand ($4000.00) dollars each on the various offences.

The defendant Brian Snagg was presented to the First District Court and granted bail in the sum of twenty-five ($25,000.00) for the offence of Possession of Firearm, ten thousand ($10,000.00) for the offence of Possession of Ammunition, two thousand ($2000.00) dollars for the offence of Possession of Cocaine and two thousand, five hundred ($2500.00) for the offence of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply to Another and other court conditions.

RSLPF Probe Update in Conway Homicide

On Wednesday 18 March 2026 about 6:55 p.m. Police Officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department responded to a report of a shooting at Conway, Castries.

Initial reports indicated that one (1) male victim was shot multiple times about the body and was attended to by the Saint Lucia Fire Service personnel, he was transported to the Owen King European Hospital (OKEU) via ambulance. The victim was pronounced dead by a medical practitioner and was identified as, twenty-nine (29) year old Michael Zacchaeus Charlery.

The Major Crimes Unit continued investigations into this incident and arrested thirty-five (35) year old Bertin Eugene. He was formally charged for the offences of Murder and Attempted Murder on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

The Major Crimes Unit also arrested twenty-one (21) year old Jean-Claude Regobert, he was formally charged on Tuesday April 7,2026 for the offences of Murder and Attempted Murder. They were both taken to the First District Court for bail purposes and were remanded to the Bordelais Correctional Facility.
