Insight Solutions St. Lucia is transforming the approach to vehicle tracking, providing employers with a powerful solution to cut expenses and enhance business operations in the field.
At a media launch on Wednesday, attended by key business personnel, reputable partners and representatives from the corporate sector, Insight Solutions unveiled the Geo Trac Solutions system.
This event marks a pivotal moment and introduces a groundbreaking fleet management system set to reshape operations for businesses across Saint Lucia. The exclusive launch, hosted in strategic partnership with GISCAD Limited (Trinidad & Tobago) and Geotab Inc. (Canada), introduced stakeholders to a new era of fleet management specifically tailored for local businesses managing vehicular fleets.
Geo Trac Solutions delivers innovative telematics tools that are meticulously designed to:
- Improve Safety
- Reduce Operational Costs
- Drive Smarter Decision-Making
- Increase Overall Operational Fleet Efficiency

Stakeholders recognize this development as a crucial leap forward for local businesses aiming to enhance their competitive edge and achieve operational excellence.
Addressing the gathering, Insight Solutions Inc. CEO Nysa Ernest-Lionel asserted the remarkable development of the firm since its inception in June 2016.
“This has evolved into a partnership of trust and friendships that has brought us to this significant occasion,” she stated confidently. She reflected on the early days when the company’s managing director operated the business in his spare time, dedicating his lunch hours and weekends to secure more customers and oversee installations.
The CEO acknowledged the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which temporarily disrupted business operations.
However, in 2022, the services re-emerged with vigor, resulting in substantial growth and a client base exceeding 50 in Saint Lucia, the Republic of Dominica, St Kitts/Nevis, and St Martin, with plans to expand into Antigua, Anguilla, and Martinique.
Theodore Ragunanan, Operations Manager of ACADO Limited, delivered a compelling presentation on Pioneering Partnerships. He confirmed that the company operates in the far north of Canada and the United States, as well as throughout the region.
Ragunanan emphasized the challenges of managing a “large fleet of vehicles,” explaining how the Geo Trac system has provided invaluable lessons and positively impacted their operations.
He stated, “For companies relying on a fleet to service customers, the road can often present blind spots. Drivers may stray off course, and vehicle use can be sub-optimal. If issues arise, we are left with only the driver’s word.”
He expressed frustration over the inefficiencies this creates, which harm the business’s revenue and increase costs. “A mismanaged fleet becomes a significant financial burden,” he declared.
Ragunanan highlighted that “Geo Tab has enabled us to monitor our vehicles actively, gather critical data, and implement operational improvements. The tracking function offers real-time visibility of all our vehicles throughout the day.”
Chelsea-Ann Campbell, Division Manager of Geo Trac Fleet Management, spoke assertively about logistics and fleet management, indicating that Geo Trac provides essential data through tracking devices.
“Today marks a pivotal moment in the evolution of fleet management and telematics technology in the region,” she stated emphatically.
Campbell insisted that this launch signifies more than the introduction of a new brand; “it marks the beginning of a transformative journey aimed at enhancing fleet operations in Saint Lucia and beyond.”
Geo Trac also focuses on Fleet Management Intelligence and Data Analysis, utilizing fleet tracking devices that offer visibility, leading to increased productivity, proactive fleet management, and sustainable practices.
An engaging Fire Chat session featured panelists discussing Technology with a Purpose, maintenance and driver sustainability, expansion into new territories, and a holistic approach to fleet management.
