Julien Alfred, a celebrated world-class sprinter and Saint Lucia’s newest national hero, will join BodyHoliday as a guest presenter for one week to host the resort’s leading wellness programme, WellFit. This special engagement offers BodyHoliday guests a unique opportunity to train with and be trained by an Olympic champion, gaining first-hand insight into the training regimen and mental resilience that propelled Julien Alfred to the pinnacle of her sport.

The starting rate at BodyHoliday is US$714 per night based on a Garden View Twin Room for 2 guests. Stays are on an all-inclusive basis, including various fitness activities, a daily spa treatment, all meals (some dishes and the I-TAL conscious eating experience at a supplement), drinks including premium brand bar drinks and champagne by the glass, personal instruction, and tuition available for all sports, motorised and non-motorised water sports, nightly entertainment.
