Food Center Saint Lucia Ltd. in collaboration with Diamond Products, Makro Grocers, and Valley Cold, is thrilled to announce the Diamond Master of the Grill competition, a highly anticipated community event set to take place on Sunday, August 25, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the scenic Pigeon Island Causeway. This exciting competition will feature eight talented participants from across Saint Lucia, all vying for the prestigious title of Diamond Grill Master.
As a celebration of culinary skill and community spirit, the event promises a day filled with food, fun, and friendly competition. Attendees will have the opportunity to witness grill masters in action as they prepare a variety of mouthwatering dishes, including fish, pork, and chicken. Additionally, the event includes a People’s Choice Award, where the public can sample the competitors’ creations and vote for their favorite dish.
