AS part of its Gourmet Discovery Dining programme, aimed at enhancing the overall quality and authenticity of the food and beverage experience at Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts throughout the Caribbean, Sandals Resorts International has extended old favourites and newly developed restaurant concepts to additional resorts.
The introduction of the Jerk Shack begins the Luxury Included® Resort Chain’s expansion, which offers a nod to the classic treat and experience of Jamaica and Caribbean flavours.
The Jerk Shack will be joined upon completion in November by two Asian offerings – Kimonos, the beloved Japanese-style Teppanyaki restaurant and Soy, specializing in made to order sushi; and Bombay Club, the brand’s first ever Indian restaurant which was first introduced at Sandals Barbados.
This will bring the total number of restaurants to 12 and as before, guests of all three Sandals Resorts in St. Lucia benefit from the addition of restaurants to Sandals Grande, St. Lucian thanks to the company’s exclusive, “stay at one, play at three” policy.
