
Prior to the recent official opening of A’ila Resorts’ beach facilities, TheLifeCo Well-being Saint Lucia hosted a guided tour for local media representatives. This event coincided with the International Yoga Day celebrations.
On June 20, in honor of World Yoga Day, celebrated universally on June 21, the management team at TheLifeCo invited media personnel for an inclusive tour of their facility. They showcased various apparatus and devices designed to provide clients with an immersive and rejuvenating health and wellness experience
Aslihan Akgol, Head Wellness Program Coordinator at TheLifeCo, updated reporters on the day’s activities, stating, “We are celebrating International Yoga Day, which symbolizes gathering and togetherness. We wanted to unite with Saint Lucia’s Wellness and Yoga Committee to have an amazing and magical time.”
Akgol highlighted the uniqueness of TheLifeCo, emphasizing their experience: “With over 20 years in the field, we combine holistic and integrative medicine, supported by our A-Team of licensed doctors and nurses.”
She also shared that the facility offers 15 programs, including detox and nutrition, proudly noting, “We are a 100% lactose-free, gluten-free facility.”

During the event, students from the Commonwealth University College of Medicine conducted an open yoga session, showcasing their skills and the relaxing benefits of yoga.
