Nine talented young women will participate in the 2026 National Carnival Queen Pageant, one of the most anticipated events of Lucian Carnival.



๐๐ข๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ง (Gros Islet), ๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐จ๐ข๐ฌ (Grand Riviere), ๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ (Gros Islet), ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ฌ (La Clery), ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ฎ (Mabouya Valley), ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ (Dennery), ๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐ (Ciceron), ๐๐ฒ๐๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฌ (Ciceron) and ๐๐ฎ๐๐จ๐ฑ๐ข๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐จ๐ง (Desruisseaux, Micoud) have all been selected for the prestigious event.



More than just a beauty contest, the National Carnival Queen Pageant celebrates the strength, poise, and talent of Saint Lucian women while preserving the rich traditions of pageantry within Carnival.


In addition to the coveted title, the 2026 Carnival Queen will be awarded a EC$25,000 cash prize, a university scholarship and boundless opportunities, opening doors for personal and professional development.

This signals the end of a riveting year for National Carnival Queen, Emerle Tisson from the cultural capital of Saint Lucia, Choiseul. This year, the event is set for Saturday, July 4th, 2026, at the Pavilion on Rodney Bay.
