Hebridean Sky Makes Inaugural Call to Port Soufriere

The Soufriere Regional Development Foundation (SRDF), alongside parliamentary representative Emma Hippolyte and other key agencies, recently welcomed a major global vessel to the picturesque town’s port.

THe SRDF reported on its Facebook page that on Friday, January 16, Port Soufriere hosted the inaugural call of Hebridean Sky, marking the occasion with a brief welcome aboard the vessel.

The SRDF confidently joined forces with stakeholders, including the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA), the Ministry of Tourism, Cox & Company, and Member of Parliament for Soufriere, Emma Hippolyte, to formally greet the captain, crew, and guests.

The SRDF extends its gratitude to everyone who ensured the call was smooth and well-coordinated. “To the guests of Hebridean Sky: we expect that your time in Soufriere was warm, enjoyable, and certainly worth your return,” concluded the SRDF’s statement.
