Cenac enjoyed an outstanding 2025 season, highlighted by a dominant performance at the National Junior Championships in March, where she captured gold in the high jump. She carried that momentum into the Island Championships, securing another high jump gold for St. Joseph’s Convent (SJC), while also adding gold in the 200 metres and a silver medal in the long jump.

On the regional stage, Cenac made an immediate impact at her first-ever CARIFTA Games in Trinidad and Tobago. She cleared a personal best of 1.68 metres in the high jump to claim bronze, delivering Saint Lucia’s first medal of the championships. She also played a key role as the anchor of the 4x100m relay team, which clocked 47.64 seconds to finish seventh—just outside the national Under-20 record.

Beyond her athletic excellence, Cenac has distinguished herself academically. She emerged as the top CSEC student in Physical Education across the entire Caribbean, underscoring her remarkable ability to balance elite sport with academic achievement.
