
Republic Bank (EC) Limited (RBEC) is pleased to announce the grand prize winners of its successful ‘Make Your Christmas Magical’ promotion. A special presentation ceremony was held at the Bank’s Castries branch on April 2nd, 2025, to honor the recipients and celebrate the campaign’s impact.
Launched during the 2024 Christmas holiday season, the campaign was designed to reward customers while spreading festive cheer. This year’s grand prizes included a luxurious five-day Caribbean cruise for two, with US$1,000 spending money for the Retail Banking winner, and an EC$10,000 cash investment for the MSME grand prize winner to help support business growth and development.
At the ceremony, the winners expressed their gratitude for the transformative impact of the prizes. Alice Abraham, the Retail Banking grand prize winner, shared her excitement and disbelief upon receiving the winning call. “At first, I thought they had the wrong number!” she recalled, laughing. Now, she eagerly anticipates her five-day Caribbean cruise, a dream getaway made possible by RBEC, which she will enjoy with her son.
Vance Vitalis, owner of VTC Rentals Ltd. and the recipient of the MSME grand prize, noted that the EC$10,000 investment will be allocated toward upgrading business technology and enhancing office décor.
