Bank of Saint Lucia is once again proud to reaffirm its commitment to Saint Lucia’s cultural heritage as a proud sponsor of the National Carnival Queen Pageant for the fourth consecutive year.
This event, a highlight of the Carnival season, continues to empower young women to embrace leadership, creativity, and community pride.
This year, Bank of Saint Lucia is pleased to introduce Miss Emerle Tisson as Miss Bank of Saint Lucia 2025. Hailing from the vibrant community of Franciou, Choiseul, Emerle is a shining example of determination and grace. At 24 years old, she is the youngest of seven siblings, and credits her close-knit family for fostering her resilient spirit. Currently pursuing studies in Travel and
Tourism, Emerle is passionate about inspiring young people from rural communities to dream boldly and unapologetically.
“Emerle’s story is one of aspiration and authenticity,” says Rolf Phillips, Managing Director of Bank of Saint Lucia. “Her journey reflects our Bank’s own values — nurturing potential, celebrating community, and driving positive change. We are immensely proud to have her represent Bank of Saint Lucia this year.”

Bank of Saint Lucia’s sponsorship of the National Carnival Queen Pageant underscores its broader mission to support national cultural initiatives and provide empowering opportunities for Saint Lucian youth. Over the years, Bank of Saint Lucia’s representatives have left an indelible mark on the competition:
In 2022, Miss BOSL Wise, Xenia Douglas, captured the coveted title of National Carnival Queen.
In 2023, representing BOSL Digital with distinction, Bernell St. Rose secured third runner-up.
Anneka Thompson, Miss Bank of Saint Lucia 2024, demonstrated excellence and poise, and placed second runner up.
Beyond the stage, the Bank maintains a special bond with its Carnival Queen contestants. All past participants continue to share a close relationship with the Bank’s team and remain actively involved in its initiatives, proudly serving as ambassadors of community empowerment and cultural celebration. Their ongoing engagement is a testament to the genuine connections fostered through the pageant experience.
As the excitement builds for the 2025 pageant, Bank of Saint Lucia extends its best wishes to Emerle and all the contestants who will grace the stage, embodying the spirit of Carnival and the essence of Saint Lucian culture.
