On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, about 9: 00 p.m. Police Officers attached to the Micoud Police Station responded to a report of a shooting at Desruisseaux, Micoud.
Initial reports indicated that one male was wounded during a shooting. He was assessed by a medical practitioner on the scene, who pronounced him dead.
The deceased has been identified as thirty-seven–year-old Irvin Ferdinand, a resident of Desruisseaux, Micoud.
