On Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at about 2:15 p.m. the Dennery Police Station referred a report of a fatal collision for investigation. The incident, involving a sole motor vehicle (dump truck), occurred along the Castries/ Dennery Highway.
The Officers proceeded to the scene of the incident, where preliminary investigations revealed that the truck had veered off the road, resulting in the death of one of its five occupants.
The deceased, who was assessed by medical professionals on the scene, has been formally identified as Vincent Victor alias “3D” of La Pointe, Dennery. The post-mortem examination is scheduled for a later date.
The matter remains under investigation.
