On Friday, June 14, 2024, around 2:30 am, the Richfond Police Station received a report of a shooting in Grand Ravine, Dennery. The incident resulted in the tragic loss of life for a male resident of the area.
Detectives promptly arrived at the scene, where they found an unresponsive male victim displaying apparent gunshot wounds. A medical doctor confirmed the victim’s death on-site. The deceased has been identified as forty-one-year-old Destor Samuel, also known as “Dexter,” from Grand Ravine, Dennery.
