Police last Saturday charged 24-year-old De Nelson Joseph for causing the death of Ian Joseph of Cul de Sac, Castries, an incident which occurred 12 March of this year on Jeremie Street in the islandās capital.
Joseph appeared before the First District Court on Monday for a bail hearing two days later.
He was arrested last Friday during a joint police operation, where several Warrants to Search for Property were executed at locations around the city (including Water Works Road, RoseHill and the Colonial Development Corporation (CDC) Building on Darling Road.
