The St. Lucia Football Association [SLFA] Inc. District Super Cup kicked off on Monday (September, 16) at venues island-wide.

Ten teams are down to participate in a single round robin format, with the top four teams advancing to the semifinals.
The participating teams are as follows – Anse la Raye, Babonneau, Choiseul, Laborie, Mon Repos, Micoud, Roseau Valley, Soufriere, South Castries and St. Lucia NationalU-17 Boys.
Matches will be played on Mondays, and Wednesdays at the Desruisseaux Playing Field and the Soufriere Mini Stadium.
The opening round of matches are as follows:
Babonneau vs. Mon Repos – 6.15 p.m. – Desruisseaux
Micoud vs. St. Lucia U 17 – 8.15 p.m.
Laborie vs. Roseau – 6.15 p.m. – Soufriere
Choiseul vs. Anse la Raye – 8.15 p.m.
Meanwhile, Desruisseaux takes on Mabouya in the finals of the Eastern Zone U19 competition, on Sunday, at 7 p.m., at the Desruisseaux Playing Field.
In the semifinal rounds, Desruisseaux had earlier got past Mabouya; before Mabouya beat Dennery to qualify for the next finalist spot.
