Royal Saint Lucia Police Force officers are the latest victims of an out-of-control gun violence situation in Saint Lucia.
During a cash escort in the Bocage area, gunmen ambushed the officers, shooting at their vehicle multiple times. Two officers were shot, one of whom, Special Police Constable Isaac Calvin is at the hospital and the other, Police Constable 863 Nathan Timaitre, died immediately.
Investigators from the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force are investigating the latest shooting and homicide on the island.
