Bob Tudisco Joins Cabot Saint Lucia

Cabot, the developer and operator of a diverse collection of residential, resort and master-planned communities, announced that esteemed industry expert, Bob Tudisco, has been appointed Vice President, Construction at Cabot Saint Lucia.

In this role, Tudisco will work closely with Cabot Saint Lucia CEO Kristine Thompson to oversee the growth and development of a construction division that will deliver luxury homes and townhomes along with resort and club amenities. Tudisco will be responsible for leveraging partners, service providers, local and regional trades and sub-contractors to meet quality and timeline expectations. He will establish and oversee all aspects of the Cabot Saint Lucia construction division, including quality control and acceptance, building and managing the construction division’s leadership team to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals, and developing annual business plans.

Tudisco brings to this position over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Tudisco has been involved in notable luxury real estate and hospitality projects in the Caribbean including the Mandarin Oriental, Pink Sands Beach Club and the Glossy Bay Marina in Canouan, and the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados. Tudisco specializes in structures and luxury finishes and has wide-ranging expertise in the industry, including project management, team building, new business development, scheduling and procurement. Tudisco was born in Italy and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction from ITSOS Claudio Varalli Bollate in Milan, Italy and an associate’s degree in construction engineering from Ass. Industriali in Cuneo, Italy. He speaks Italian, English and French.

As the second resort from the acclaimed developers of Cabot Cape Breton, Cabot Saint Lucia will offer a brand-new golf club, boutique resort and residential community located on a spectacular 375-acre peninsula in Saint Lucia. The property will feature a magnificent Coore & Crenshaw-designed 18-hole golf course and a stunning collection of residences ranging from hillside townhomes to expansive single-family homes and customizable beachfront lots. Cabot Saint Lucia broke ground on phase one of development in the summer of 2019. The Cabot Point golf course is set to open in 2022.
