THE St Lucia Employers’ Federation will be partnering with The Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business on Thursday 21st November, 2019 to present a half-day session on the topic “Leadership and Ethics in Business”. The session will focus on leadership and will examine the relationship between leadership, ethics and morality in the conduct of business. It is targeted at Leaders and Business Managers who wish to increase their sensitivity towards ethics and values, understand how ethics and values interact with existing regulations, and know how managing ethics and values can assist in making more profitable business decisions.
The session which will run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Ixora Conference Room at Bay Gardens,will be facilitated by Dr Kamla Mungal, the Director of the Leadership Institute at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, and a current lecturer in Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Development, and Team Development.
Registration will be on a first-come first served basis and interested business managers are asked to contact the St Lucia Employers’ Federation by Friday 15th November, 2019 to register.
