THE Castries Constituencies Council (CCC) and one of its councilors will appear on opposite sides on Thursday in a court case that charges the councillor with using insulting language to Mayor Peterson Francis.
The charge stemmed from words said during an incident that occurred in May of this year between Councillor Victor Maurice and Mayor Francis, over a vehicle.
The case will be heard in Gros Islet.
