THE ruling United Workers Party (UWP) which is currently observing its second year in office, has asserted that based on the performance of the Allen Chastanet administration, former non-supporters are now throwing their support behind the government.
On the occasion of the second anniversary of its June 6, 2016 election win, UWP Treasurer, Nancy Charles thanked every Saint Lucian who voted for the party at the polls, as well as those who did not.
“A lot of persons, because of the work we have done, have changed their minds and have thrown their support behind this administration.
“I take this opportunity to thank them so much for their support and for putting their faith and their confidence in the UWP in forming the government,” Charles said.
