PRESS RELEASE – (MIAMI, FL–(Sep 7, 2017) – Ahead of what was already expected to be a serious storm as of Monday, Flow proactively provided free local on-net credit of $10 to all customers for 48 hours during the course of this week. Customers living in countries in the path of Hurricane Irma — Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla, Montserrat, Dominica, BVI, Turks and Caicos Islands — were notified via SMS when the credit became available.

Sinclair urges everyone “to heed the warnings, stay up-to-date with the weather bulletins, prepare and do what is necessary to protect life and property. We want our customers to be able to reach out to family, friends and neighbours during this time and that is why all prepaid customers in the above markets will receive $10 of free local on-net credit, valid for 48 hours. All customers will be notified by SMS when they receive the credit.”
“We will continue to provide updates via the media as necessary regarding office closures in affected markets,” Sinclair added.
As of Thursday morning, hurricane warnings were in place for the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands as the storm continued its westward trend across the Northern Caribbean.
