Police have launched in investigation into a shooting incident which occurred around 11:30 a.m. last Sunday on Chaussee Road, Castries.
According to reports, 20-year-old Jaleel Hunte of Bisee, Castries sustained a single gunshot wound to the right buttock, allegedly perpetrated by an unknown individual.
He was transported to the Victoria Hospital where he is in stable condition.
Investigations continue into this matter.
