The Cultural Development Foundation (CDF) is set to embark on a music training project which helps creatively gifted at-risk teens and young adults, from troubled or disadvantaged backgrounds, who do not have the usual opportunities to fulfill their true potential.
The Sound Waves: Transforming Youth at Risk through Music Project seeks to attract applicants with some musical background or interest for the first year of the programme. Generally, those who need apply should be between the ages of 18 and 35 and are either unemployed or not attending school full-time.
Interested persons are asked to collect registration forms at the CDF Office at Barnard Hill in Castries from Tuesday, October 4 to Friday, October 7 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or call us at 457-9021 for more information on how to register.
