THE Gros Islet Football League in collaboration with the St. Lucia Football Association and Twist Restaurant and Bar Promotional Football League will continue tomorrow at the Grand Riviere Playing Field with one game on the card featuring GMC United and Monchy from 4:30 p.m.
At the same venue on Sunday, Dominators FC and GMC United played to a goalless draw.
Meanwhile, in the Plante’s Place Senior Football Competition and Promotional League played on Sunday there were two semifinal matches at the Dennery Cricket Ground. In the first Piton Travel Young Stars defeated D. C. Y. O. 3 – 0 with two goals from Parker Gilbert and one from Chan Torrance.
In the second semifinalSeria defeated White House 3 – 1in the match which was brought to a premature end by the referee due to crowd encroachment following Seria’s third goal.
Goal scorers for Seria were Victory Leon, Kendall Faucher and Thaddeus Faucher. Levi Gilbert Scored the lone goal for White House.
