THE high court here is set to expand next Tuesday with the inauguration of another division.
This new development will bring the number of divisions under the high court to three, namely the criminal, civil and now commercial divisions.
The inauguration will take place at the La Place Careenage, Castries, and fulfils a promise made by the government several months ago.
The new division will deal with commercial and business disputes and will be headed by Justice Cadie St. Rose- Albertini.
