“We began flavouring the festival in 2014 with our culinary ambassador Nina Compton and we are proud to continue with yet another internationally recognized but locally grounded chef in OrlandoSatchell,” stated Warner-Arnold.

Festival patrons will be able to sample some of the delectable culinary creations as part of an open air cooking demonstration carded for the afternoon of Saturday May 9.

Patrons can however partake in the fine dining experience that includes a scrumptious three course menu by booking reservations. There is also a small, but carefully chosen wine list that pairs well with the cuisine and enhances the dining experience.

His own restaurant, named Orlando’s and nestled in the southwestern town of Soufriere gained a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor after only one year and has held the number one restaurant spot in Soufriere ever since.
