The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently updated its international travel guidance on Monday with Saint Lucia moving from the highest rank of Level 4 to Level 3.
Travelers from the United States have been advised by the CDC to ensure that they are fully vaccinated before traveling to Saint Lucia and encouraged unvaccinated travelers to avoid nonessential travel to the island.
As more people get vaccinated and the spread of Covid-19 becomes more controlled, public health officials in the United States are issuing new travel advice for more than 120 countries.
Fully vaccinated travelers will enjoy expanded access to the island and Travelers are only considered “Fully Vaccinated” once two weeks have passed since the second dose of the two-shot vaccine or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine.
Vaccine Cards must be presented on entry to Saint Lucia.
