Never before in my life, have I become so bamboozled with information.

There used to be sources of general information about most things and situations and depending on, your capacity to understand the subject  being spoken  about, you came to your own conclusion. But today, when I browse through my gadgets or glimpse at a news item, most times I cannot decide  or determine  what is true or false, or right or wrong.

For instance, if I wanted  to be informed about a certain sickness, or health  condition, I would  discuss  it with a medical  practitioner, or find the relevant  information and read, so I could  have a clear understanding of the information  I need. But today, there are so much Do and Don’t suggestions and suggested items such as herbs and spices or alternative medical suggestions, that I have difficulty in deciding what information I should accept.

In the same way, if there was a pending tropical depression or forecast of an incoming storm or hurricane, I would think the prudent thing to do is to stock-up on non-perishable items, especially tin stuff. Yet, today I am reading from several sources that the chemical or artificial substances implanted within most canned stuff is supposed to be poisoning or unhealthy.

One time it was thought that saving your money in a bank or other related entities was the safe thing to do, yet now I am told that all your savings can be highjack by the system and soon it’ll be one universal currency in one world order by systems control, and not by man.

I am now told that old-fashion fossil fuel vehicles should not be purchased  because we are in the electric and hybrid era, so that is now considered a bad investment.

Regardless  what you buy or eat or use or even wear these days, there is some information that considers it a negative.

I once thought  that having a girlfriend or wife was decreed as Gods way  to unite man and woman. But now, the story has changed to suggest that no woman has one man, or love is not about matters of the heart but it’s all about how much money you can give you chosen partner, whether man or woman.

The church preached for years that as a Christian, if you died believing  in the Lord, when God returns to earth for his chosen ones the righteous who were buried would rise and go to Heaven, but now I am hearing  that 90% of all dead people are being cremated. So, how will they rise or ride to Heaven?

Every single thing in life today is contradicting or controversial and knowledge is so widespread that  you don’t even  have to go to school to get educated, you just go on Facebook or Google, or ask AI.

Artificial intelligence is now seen as more safe to reference than learned individuals.

I am told that climate change is a hoax, eating animals is sinful, drinking milk is poisonous and sex is now better done if drugged. And alcohol is now sinful.

So, my question is:  how do I live with all these contrary opinions and sources of information?  Can somebody tell me who to believe?

Now, the latest advice is to build yourself a bunker or go and live in space, because the earth is soon to be contaminated so you need to sell all your earthly possessions, because we have a nuclear war at hand and worldly possessions will soon become obsolete.

We’re also told that salt and sugar are bad for you, so use artificial sweeteners as the best way to go.

Oops, did I miss off on any other point? Yes, we’re told don’t believe in political systems to govern yourself because Law and Order is too old-fashion. We also hear that children ought to do as they please and parents are just a source to live.

All this is leaving me so confused that I don’t even know what to expect next, because young people have become so attracted to their gadgets that even reading a book is going out of style and they can’t even listen to an entire song anymore.

So, where do we go from here?

Lord, help me!
