Law enforcement officers are actively investigating a homicide that occurred over the weekend involving 40-year-old Justus Leo from Vieux Fort.

Reports state that on Saturday, September 26, at approximately 8:55 p.m., officers from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) responded to reports of a shooting in Bexon, Castries.
Upon arrival, they found Justus Leo, a resident of Belaire, New Development, Vieux Fort, with multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene by a medical practitioner.
Investigations into this tragic event are ongoing, and a post-mortem examination has been scheduled for a later date.
