Have you ever heard the statement ‘too good to be true…’?
In whatever way, this planet we live on, or inherited, was made or created, to offer us perfect means of survival. But as we grew smart, or discovered it’s riches and assets in minerals, we — from one conner of the globe to the other — have gone on a quest to conquer for the purpose of enrichment.
So, in the plundering and the extractions fueled by our egos, we all seem to have one thing in common: to destroy if it’s the only way to attain the materal wealth that will give us self-gratification.
So, ‘money, money and more money’ has become everybody’s anthem.
Sadly, despite all that some may have attained, it seems never enough.
The Earth, the planet as we know it, is telling us that we have gone too far, hence the frequency of earth quakes and warming that are becoming too-hot for human comfort, as well as the floods and the drying-up of lands and fires and heatwaves, are all signs that all educated people should see and understand. Yet nobody, big or small, white or black, rich or poor, is prepared to say or rebel against what our actions have caused.
We have disconnected ourselves from the spiritual connection of the land and will destroy it if we have to, to satisfy this new greed, this unending want, this materal aspiration, because it is our new glory, our modern day God, it is what we want to be remembered for: a people who cared only for self and not for continuity of life on earth.
We put machines before human beings, sicence before humanity, power before redemption, expand our search to the skies, add artificial intelligence to assist anything that will make mankind be the masters of their aspirations, even if we perish while we seek such glory.
Everything this earth has to offer has been extracted and exployted, and we rather spend billions to defend our selfish philosophy, rather than come to the realization that our actions only will lead to mass destruction.
The rules of love and compassion, virtue and salvation are all thrown away from our conscious thinking.
When will it end? Can it ever end? Are we too far and too deep in our transformation to retreat or surrender.
Is that what it was meant to be? Is this our desired end? Will we be satisfied only after we have lost all that we had for the purpose of sel- gratification?
It’s so sad and unbelievable, yet so true. One by one we dig our own pit and nobody says stop or halt, so this madness has overpowered all of mankind. As you and I say good bye to this planet, I wonder what good we’ll ultimately profit.
Even the so called Holy among us sit back and watch and murmur-not. Kings and presidents empower themselves with lead roles that the masses follow without condemnation.
We subscribe, we acknowledge, we support, we are even prepared to be replaced by robots all in the name of modern-day thinking.
So many sheep and no shepards, so-many unbelievable minds that say and do nothing to reverse this madness, so many ungodly beings.
But so it is written, so it shall be done.
