Member leagues will gather for this ordinary congress, where no elections will take place.
Notably, this congress occurs just before the kickoff of the third season of the Saint Lucia Semi-Professional Football League (SPFL) this month.
Throughout the remainder of the year, at least three national teams will be in action, including the Men’s team in the Concacaf Nations League, the Under-14 Boys in the Caribbean Football Union Tournament, and the Under-15 Girls in the Concacaf Under-15 Championship.
The main agenda for this weekends’ meeting will focus on presenting plans for the upcoming year in both domestic and international football, alongside various reports.
During the congress, SLFA Chairman and President Lyndon Cooper will deliver opening remarks, and the 2025 National Executive Report will be presented. Leagues will also have the opportunity to vote on the approval of the 2025 Audited Statements, the 2026 Programme of Activities, and the 2026 Budget.
Additionally, the meeting will address the appointment of independent auditors and trustees.
Stay tuned for more updates on the tournament and the SLFA’s initiatives.
