Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.
Mercy Corps is seeking a qualified firm for the supply, delivery, and installation of an integrated Greenhouse System for the Mon Repos Community Garden in Mon Repos, Micoud, Saint Lucia. The system will include greenhouse, irrigation, hydroponic, and rainwater harvesting components.
This activity forms part of the PRIME Project, which focuses on strengthening community resilience across Caribbean countries, including Saint Lucia, Nevis, St. Croix, and Jamaica. The project supports the establishment of Resilience Hubs — community-based spaces designed to enhance preparedness, response, and recovery capacities while promoting sustainable livelihoods.
The Mon Repos Community Garden is a key component of the Resilience Hub model and contributes to the agriculture and food security pillar of the project. Through this intervention, the project aims to integrate climate-resilient agricultural practices, including greenhouse cultivation, water-efficient irrigation, hydroponic systems, and rainwater harvesting technologies.
The selected firm will be responsible for providing technical recommendations on the proposed design, as well as the supply, delivery, and installation of all required equipment, materials, and components necessary for the successful implementation of the greenhouse system, including but not limited to the following:
• Greenhouse Structure
• Irrigation System
• Hydroponic System
• Rainwater Harvesting System
Based on the prescribed scope of works, interested firms should demonstrate:
• Experience in the supply, delivery, and installation of greenhouse, irrigation, and/or hydroponic systems
• Experience implementing similar projects within tropical environments

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 5 June 2026 at 11:55 p.m. (local time). Forms should be emailed to criprocurement@mercycorps.org with the subject line: “SR2182209642 – LC00 Supply and Installation of Integrated Greenhouse System – Mon Repos, Saint Lucia.”
Following the closure of this Tender Notice period, the Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be issued to firms who submitted an Intent to Bid Form.
