The Water and Sewerage Company Inc. announced the relocation of its Southern Services office to a new state-of-the-art administrative facility located in Beanfield, Vieux Fort.
According to a WASCO spokesperson, the expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and underscores its commitment to innovation and better serving its valued customers.
Situated along the Castries-Vieux Fort Highway, opposite Builder’s Choice, the new building opened its doors to the public on Monday 29th April, offering “convenient access and personalized service for customers and partners.”
The Southern Services Facility will offer WASCO’s customary suite of services including bill payments, queries, balances, fault reports, disconnections, reconnections, new connections and leak detection services. The hours of operation will remain unchanged, opening Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with cashiers closing at 3:00 p.m. daily.
