The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is asking anyone with information regarding a fatal shooting at Ravine Poisson to contact the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at 456-3770.
“Alternatively, anonymous tips can be provided by dialing 555 (the Crime Hotline) or by utilizing the RSLPF Crime Hotline Application, which is available in Google Play Store,” the RSLPF stated.
This is the first homicide for the year which occurred on Saturday, January 6, 2024.
On arrival at the scene, the officers discovered an unresponsive male, who had sustained multiple apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene by a medical practitioner.
The victim has been identified as twenty-four-year-old Omar Francis of Leslie Land, Castries.
