The Sandals Early Childhood Learning and Development Centre in Saint Lucia proudly celebrated another significant milestone with its second annual graduation ceremony, held in grand style at Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort & Spa. The elegant celebration marked the successful completion of the Centre’s programme for 15 young graduates, who now embark on the next chapter of their educational journey.

The occasion was filled with heartfelt tributes, proud family moments and inspiring reflections as parents, teachers, Sandals team members and invited guests gathered to celebrate the achievements of the graduating class. The ceremony also served as a testament to the Centre’s growing reputation for excellence in early childhood education, just two years after opening its doors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Regional Public Relations Manager for Sandals Resorts International – Eastern Caribbean, Mr. Sunil Ramdeen, praised the continued impact of the initiative.

“Sandals has accomplished many things over the years that we are immensely proud of, and the Sandals Early Childhood Learning and Development Centre continues to be another gem in Sandals’ crown. Seeing these children grow in confidence, curiosity and character is a reminder that investing in our people and their families creates lasting value for generations to come.”

“Yes, you’ve heard that we’ve instilled many foundational skills, but one that we’re most proud of is the social development of the children. Watching them learn to care, share, communicate, build friendships and develop confidence has been one of our greatest rewards. These are qualities that will serve them well throughout their lives.”

The graduation ceremony also highlighted the Centre’s impressive track record. The school’s inaugural graduating class has gone on to perform exceptionally well in their respective infant schools, reinforcing the Centre’s commitment to preparing children for a successful transition into formal education.

Parent Tamara Joseph expressed heartfelt appreciation for the care and dedication shown to her child throughout the academic year.

“Choosing the Sandals Early Childhood Learning and Development Centre was one of the best decisions we made for our family. The love, patience and guidance shown by the teachers have made a remarkable difference in our child’s growth and confidence. We are truly grateful for everything the school has done for our family, and we know our child is leaving well prepared for the next stage.”

Since its establishment, the Sandals Early Childhood Learning and Development Centre has become a valuable resource for Sandals team members, providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The Centre continues to reflect Sandals’ commitment to supporting its employees and investing in the future of the communities it serves.

As the 15 graduates proudly crossed the stage to receive their certificates, they did so surrounded by applause, encouragement and the unwavering support of their families and the Sandals community—marking not just the end of one chapter, but the beginning of a bright future filled with endless possibilities.
