The Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Icon Series 2026 proudly celebrated Edward ‘Chef Harry’ Joseph, a legendary figure in Saint Lucian cuisine, by hosting a prestigious gala dinner on April 24–25, 2026.
The “Icon Gala Dinner,” held at Sandals Grande, showcased Chef Harry’s remarkable culinary legacy, complemented by an “Edutainment Tour” that will travel across the island. This event not only recognizes Chef Harry’s profound impact on the nation’s gastronomy and cultural identity but also highlights his pivotal role in elevating local cuisine through innovation and tradition.

The evening was a stunning display of glamour, charm, and exquisite cuisine, marking the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival’s Icon Series tribute to the incomparable Chef Harry.
