.

The Saint Lucia Aquatics Federation (SLAF) proudly announces the selection of Team Saint Lucia for the 33rd Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Swimming Championships, scheduled to take place from November 7 to 9, 2025, in St. Vincent & the Grenadines.

A 34-member team, consisting of 17 female and 17 male swimmers, will represent the island in what is expected to be one of the most competitive regional meets of the year. The team is led by Head Coach Marlon James, assisted by Coaches Abbie Pultie and Sherma Bernard. This year’s contingent features a blend of seasoned national athletes and rising stars, many of whom have demonstrated outstanding performances in recent local and regional meets. Their selection reflects SLAF’s continued efforts to strengthen the island’s competitive swimming program and foster youth excellence in aquatics.

The SLAF has received massive support from sponsors, parents, and community partners, noting that their contributions make national representation possible. Team Saint Lucia will aim to build on previous successes, targeting improved medal performances and personal bests at this year’s Championships. The event will bring together the region’s best swimmers from the OECS territories in a showcase of talent, endurance, and regional camaraderie.
