
Saint Lucian sprint sensation Julien “Juju” Alfred will join elite global athletes in Tokyo, Japan, for the World Athletics Championship from September 13-21.
Sports fans and enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating Team Saint Lucia’s standout performance, represented by two exceptional athletes.

Hurdler Aasia Laurencin is also ready to shine, having recently clinched bronze at the North and Central American and Caribbean Athletics Championship (NACAC) in Grand Bahama, Bahamas, with an impressive time of 13.04 seconds in the 100m hurdles.

The team prioritizes holistic athlete care, ensuring direct access to physiotherapy and mental coaching services for comprehensive support both on and off the track.
