Kadeem Larcher has been selected to represent Saint Lucia in the 100m event at the upcoming 2024 World Athletics U20 Championship in Lima, Peru.
The championship will be held in Lima, Peru, from Aug. 27 to 31, and will bring together the best young athletes from around the world to compete in various track and field events. It is a platform for showcasing the talent and potential of the next generation of world-class athletes.
Larcher, an athlete from Speed Printing Survivors, has shown exceptional speed and determination on the track.
His hard work and dedication have earned him a spot among the world’s best young athletes, and the Saint Lucia Athletics Association says, “We are confident that he will make Saint Lucia proud at this prestigious event.”
Coach Cuthbert Modeste, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nurturing young talent and guiding athletes to achieve their highest potential, will accompany Kadeem to the U20 Championship. The team manager is Lisa Joseph.
