The International Institute of Sports and Management Studies (IISMS) is pleased to welcome Mr. Junior “Mike” Philip to the IISMS family. Mr. Philip has been appointed, as our Lead Agent for St Lucia and the O.E.C.S. Mr. Phillip brings over 30 years of experience in the sports / football sector to the role. 

As Lead agent for St Lucia and the O.E.C.S Mr. Philip’s main tasks are to educate persons on the range of sports related educational products that IISMS has to offers and to strengthen IISMS presence in the O.E.C.S territories.

Mr. Philip, as part of the IISMS family, will facilitate coaches and sports administrators throughout the O.E.C.S in accessing IISMS world leading Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in Sports pathways and High-Performance Analysis course.

Through IISMS Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathways, coaches and sports administrators can have their non formal and informal learning assessed and be awarded a regulated full or part qualification.  The qualifications that are awarded at the end of the process are recognized in over 80 countries around the world. IISMS Recognition of Prior Learning pathways are ideal for coaches, and administrators who are currently working in the sports industry who may not have the time, because of their busy schedule, to enroll in formal learning.

Additionally, IISMS has partnered with Lear Training Associates of Ireland, to bring to the Caribbean Market its Level 3, On-line High-Performance Analysis course.  This innovative and comprehensive course is designed for sports professionals, analyst, and enthusiasts aiming to enhance their skills in performance analysis within the realm of sports science.
