Al Lubin Honored as Ministry of Equity’s Top Performer

Outstanding Information Technician Al Dominic Lubin has been recognized as the Top Performer across all Ministry of Equity, Social Justice, and Empowerment divisions.

This accolade highlights Mr. Lubin’s exceptional contributions to the Ministry’s operations and his commitment to public service excellence. Held at the Finance Administrative Centre on August 3, 2024, the recognition came as part of a gala ceremony by the Ministry of the Public Service in observance of activities commemorating Public Service Week.

The event, attended by government ministers and permanent secretaries, honored individuals across the public service who demonstrated exemplary service delivery and dedication.

Since joining the Ministry of Equity in May 2018 as an Information Technician, Mr. Lubin has consistently showcased his technological expertise and professionalism, significantly enhancing the success of the Ministry’s information dissemination process. He is also esteemed for his role as the primary cameraman for the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) during disasters, where he provides crucial aerial reconnaissance.

In addition to Mr. Lubin’s accolade, the ceremony celebrated Urian Serieux of the Electoral Department, who was awarded the Minister of the Public Service Top Performer award.

Mr. Lubin received his award alongside Hon. Joachim Henry, Minister for Equity, Social Justice, and Empowerment. At the same time, Permanent Secretary Dr. Charmaine Hippolyte Emmanuel and Deputy Permanent Secretary Celia Charles Arthur flanked Mr. Lubin on this momentous occasion.

Permanent Secretary Hippolyte Emmanuel praised Mr. Lubin and the other awardees, stating, “The dedication and excellence demonstrated by the top performers, including our very own Al Lubin, are crucial to advancing our goals and positively impacting our society. We proudly celebrate their achievements and acknowledge their unwavering commitment to service.”

The Ministry of Equity, Social Justice, and Empowerment remains dedicated to fostering an environment that supports professional growth and development.
